任职要求
1.硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机科学、数学、统计学等相关专业； 2.熟练掌握深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等），具有扎实的机器学习和深度学习理论基础； 3.有大模型训练和优化经验，熟悉Transformer架构及其变体，了解预训练模型的原理和应用。有多模态大模型和检索算法相关经验最佳； 4.掌握基本的后端服务框架设计和开发，有模型推理服务和检索产品框架开发和优化经验优先； 5.有交强的逻辑思维能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题； 6.良好的跨团队沟通能力，能将技术方案转化为非技术人员可理解的业务价值； 7.对技术有极致追求，认同“通过AI重构数据价值”的长期愿景，追踪AI前沿技术（如AGI、强化学习），探索其在数据治理、智能分析中的创新应用。
工作职责
1.负责数据万象产品中 MetaInsight系统的 AI 及大模型算法模型的研发工作，包括但不限于模型设计、训练、优化和评估，提升模型的性能和准确性； 2.参与大模型的推理服务框架开发，和后端应用开发团队协力解决自然语言处理、计算机视觉等实际业务需求中的复杂问题； 3.负责多模态检索算法的研发和优化，提高检索精度和效率；参与检索系统的框架设计和模块开发，打造有竞争力的媒资检索产品； 4.跟踪大模型和信息检索领域的最新研究进展，引入前沿技术和理念，推动团队技术的不断创新； 5.与团队成员紧密合作，进行技术攻关和代码优化，不断提升算法精度和系统性能。
