任职要求
1. 3+ years of game development experience as a game designer.
2. Experience with GAAS system design.
3. Advanced or Fluent English-speaking skills.
4. Solid understanding of PC or Console game development and game market
5. Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and organization skills.
6. Passion to craft meaningful, engaging interactive experiences.
7. Experience with Shooter games is a plus.
8. Experience with SOC games is a plus.
9. Console and PC game development experience is a good plus.

Job Responsibilities 1.Work closely with 2nd party development studios and their ongoing projects. 2.Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs. 3.If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features. 4.Investigate and provide competitor analysis and tear-down according to studio needs. 5.Participate in the daily develop work in studio, provide game design suggestions, and take on execution tasks if necessary 6.Travel to EU or other places fro studio visit or onsite work if necessary. Work closely with the EU Partner team, to support 2nd party dev studios and their ongoing projects. Review project status and game design at the studio's accepted checkpoint, provide review feedback, design suggestions, and any other support studio needs. If studio/Project needed, be dedicated to prioritized project on a specific area, such as Combat; Gunplay; progression systems, or monetization features. Work closely with the China strike team or publishing team involved into our projects. Investigate and provide competitor analysis and teardown according to studio needs. Support project gate review from China, work closely with assessment teams who will join the review, coordinate playtest work, be ready answer design and product questions about the game, and become the communication bridge between China and the EU teams. Travel to EU for Studio visit or onsite work if necessary. Work Location: China-Shanghai
• UX Design for new/existing features • Creation and implementation of UI screens/elements • Creation of 2D assets used throughout the game • Optimise assets for builds • Support the development of the game with any additional skills
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and artists to prototype and implement gameplay mechanics. • Improve and maintain core gameplay systems to support ongoing development and live updates. • Support tools and workflows that help the team move faster and with more confidence. • Contribute across multiple areas, including gameplay logic, AI, UI, and visual feedback. • Bring thoughtful ideas and solutions to gameplay and technical challenges.
We are looking for a talented Visualization Designer with a strong background in VR/XR device deployment and automotive design review processes. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of automotive design by creating highly detailed visual assets that drive innovation and support our design team’s creative vision. 1. Lead the creation of immersive visualizations to effectively communicate product concepts and ideas to stakeholders; 2. Cooperate closely with the design team to ensure visualizations align with product concepts and design goals; 3. Aim to deliver high-quality visual assets, including images, videos, and real-time interactions, that meet project deadlines; 4. Responsible for participating in design reviews, gathering feedback, and refining visualizations as needed.
