任职要求
1.有2年以上智能化应用相关工作经验，具有自然语言处理、计算机视觉或者深度学习相关专业硕士以上学历者优先； 2.熟练使用React进行业务迭代开发，有大型前端项目开发经验或组件库/工具库开发经验、熟悉Node.js开发，有全栈开发能力熟悉微服务架构者优先； 3.具备扎实的LLM相关理论知识，熟悉主流大模型，了解大模型的微调、增量预训练、对齐以及部署加速等相关知识，具备实操能力； 4.熟悉数据分析、数仓建模、数据处理相关知识，有基于大模型的RAG/ChatBI/Agent/Data+AI等落地应用项目开发经验者加分，有多模态大模型训练经验者加分； 5.创新潜力要求 ： 具备技术前瞻性，关注LangChain、AutoGen等AI开发框架演进，能将学术论文成果快速转化为工程实践； 对AGI技术路径有深度思考，能提出跨模态学习、模型泛化能力提升等原创性解决方案； 6.加分项 ： 发表过ICLR、NeurIPS等顶会论文，或参与过Llama、Qwen等开源大模型项目； 有AB实验平台等数据产品开发经验，熟悉GPTs、DALL·E 3等生成式AI应用。
工作职责
1.大模型驱动的智能分析系统开发： 构建基于大模型的智能数据分析平台，集成RAG、Agent等框架，实现自然语言交互式数据查询、自动化报告生成及业务决策支持； 开发多模态数据处理系统（文本、图像、时序数据），结合大模型实现智能数据清洗、特征提取及跨模态关联分析； 2. 前沿技术探索与业务落地： 探索大模型与行业场景结合，如智能营销用户增长策略、供应链预测优化、风险智能体（Risk Agent）开发，推动数据智能产品创新。
