任职要求
1.计算机/人工智能相关专业，3 年以上 AI 应用开发经验； 2.精通 Python/Go，开发高并发接口； 3.熟练使用 LangChain/LLamaIndex 等大模型应用框架，有 RAG 系统开发经验； 4.掌握多模态技术栈：Speech-to-Text、图像生成、OCR等； 5.熟悉旅游出行行业技术生态：航空、酒店、OTA 平台接口、LBS 地理位置服务等； 6.有旅游出行类 AI 项目落地经验优先，例如机票价格预测模型、酒店动态定价系统、旅行紧急事件处理机器人； 7.能够基于用户行为进行旅行偏好挖掘。
工作职责
1.主导旅游出行场景 AI 产品的开发，如智能行程规划引擎，实现动态优化路线、酒店、交通组合； 2.研发多语言旅行助手，包含语音交互与 AR 导航，支持英语、日语等语种； 3.构建个性化景点推荐系统，结合用户画像与实时地理位置进行精准推荐； 4.对接旅游出行行业各类数据源，构建行业知识图谱，提供深度服务； 5.研究 AIGC 在旅游出行行业的应用，像利用大模型开发 AI 虚拟导游，探索元宇宙与旅行的结合等。
