任职要求
1.硕士以上学历，8年以上算法开发经验； 2.熟悉常见深度学习、计算机视觉和模式识别知识和算法，熟练使用Caffe、TensorFlow、Torch等主流深度学习框架的一种或多种； 3.深刻理解深度学习，有独立分析问题、定位问题、解决问题的能力，出色的编程能力，熟悉C++或Python； 4.有端到端建图方向的算法经验优先(如MapTR/VectorMapNet/等）； 5.有相关方向的顶会、顶刊论文发表加分，有国际竞赛获奖经历加分； 6.有大型工程项目落地经验、优秀开源项目研发经历优先。
工作职责
1.参与高精地图CV感知算法设计和研发，包括但不限于2D、3D目标检测、分割等方向； 2.参与高精地图CV感知算法设计和研发，包括多模态大模型感知技术以及AIGC研究技术的研发； 3.参与CV感知算法在高精以及车道级地图产品中的落地与优化。
