任职要求
1.具备电商治理、内容安全治理经验； 2.有LLM相关理论知识与实践经验； 3.计算机、统计、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 4.具备一定的代码开发能力，熟练掌握至少一门数据分析建模工具（如：SQL, Python, Scala）； 5.数据结构/算法基础扎实，熟练掌握机器学习相关理论知识； 6.熟悉NLP及多模态基础算法原理与实现； 7.具有良好团队协作能力、有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力和责任感。
工作职责
1.基于审核数据，将带货直播治理规则知识注入基础大模型，训练能够识别垂类违规的业务大模型，不断提升机审召回率与准确率； 2.与人审团队配合，利用机审线索辅助人审，提升人审时效与准确度； 3.主动探索前沿技术特别是大模型相关技术在带货直播治理场景下的应用，将最新科技转化为真实生产力。
