1.计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，有2年以上开发经验； 2.熟练使用Python、C/C++、Shell等语言，具备良好的代码风格和编程规范； 3.熟悉Linux下网络编程和多线程部署，熟悉后台服务开发和部署，具备常见后台异常定位及问题分析能力； 4.熟悉一种或多种深度学习框架，包括但不限于Tensorflow/PyTorch等； 5.有AI后台或AI模型服务工程化经验者优先，曾参与AIGC/LLM/文生图等研发项目的优先； 6.具备良好的团队合作精神，具备快速学习能力和解决问题能力。
工作职责
1.负责AIGC/LLM后台服务架构、运营体系建设； 2.负责AIGC领域相关算法的工程化、平台化工作，结合模型算法在各应用场景下完成落地； 3.参与AIGC/LLM后台工程架构和性能优化工作。
