工作职责
1.Based on Tencent Cloud’s international channel business strategy and key directions, formulate an overall marketing strategy and promotion plan for overseas channel markets to promote the achievement of channel marketing goals. 2.Deep understanding of international channel business, formulate annual and quarterly market plans, including but not limited to partner recruitment, partner joint marketing events, partner enablement events, digital marketing, etc., integrate internal and external resources to ensure the implementation of plans, and improve target channel and customers coverage and sales conversion. 3.Actively promote the activation and cultivation of new customers through new channels using various marketing means, obtain leads and business opportunities, and introduce customer and channel cooperation resources to the business units. 4.Set up a clear channel marketing effectiveness evaluation system to continuously drive the optimization of marketing strategies and execution. 5.Responsible for discovering and improving third-party partners such as industry associates and maintaining good relationships, and enhancing Tencent Cloud's branding by circle management and showcases.
About the Role: Drive business growth by positioning Tencent Cloud as the strategic partner of choice for international clients in Financial Services and Public Sector organizations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Value Proposition: Demonstrate deep expertise in public cloud, AI, hybrid cloud, and AI computing solutions. Translate complex integrated solutions (software, hardware, network, security) into clear business value addressing customer needs. 2. C-Level Engagement & Positioning: Articulate Tencent Cloud's competitive advantages and differentiation versus competitors. Influence key client stakeholders (C-level executives, project leaders) through technical briefings, whitepapers, and strategy sessions to build long-term partnerships and secure executive sponsorship. 3. Opportunity Identification & Conversion: Collaborate with sales, product R&D, and ecosystem partners to match client requirements with Tencent Cloud capabilities. Design actionable solution strategies and partnership roadmaps. Develop replicable, standardized solutions to address specific business challenges. 4. Sales & Solution Enablement: Support sales teams in addressing routine client inquiries regarding products/solutions. Champion the voice of the customer internally to drive improvements in products, solutions, and processes based on user feedback and experience. 5. Project Delivery Support: Manage end-to-end project execution, including participation in RFP/bid processes, project management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination. Ensure successful solution delivery.
1.Global Certification Program Localization & Operations: a.Facilitate the adaptation and implementation of Tencent Cloud’s certification system in international regions (Southeast Asia, Middle East, LATAM, North America, and Europe). b.Coordinate localization processes, including content translation, exam adaptation, and delivery. 2.Partnership Development: a.Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with training institutions, universities, and certification platforms overseas. b.Execute local online/offline certification initiatives to increase user engagement and certification rates. 3.Program Promotion & Ecosystem Collaboration: a.Work closely with global marketing and regional teams to launch certification-driven promotional events (webinars, workshops, hackathons, certification challenges). b.Collaborate internally with product, sales, and ecosystem teams to align certification initiatives with broader business goals. 4.Data Analysis & Strategic Optimization: a.Monitor and analyze regional certification data to refine and optimize market entry and operational strategies. b.Gather user feedback and insights to improve product offerings and operational effectiveness.
