1.本科及以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业、3年及以上后台开发经验； 2.熟练掌握C/C++（或Java/Go等主流语言），熟悉常见的设计模式与编程思想； 3.熟悉分布式事务，了解业界常见的高可用性/一致性解决方案； 4.具备良好的主动性，对工作有热情，对技术有追求； 5.有全栈开发经验更佳，包括数据分析（HiveSQL/Flink）、前端开发（Vue/TS等）； 6.掌握领域建模和领域驱动设计更佳； 7.有大型服务架构设计经验更佳。
工作职责
1.负责微信支付用户营销应用开发工作，为亿级用户提供优质的产品体验； 2.参与或主导技术开发和治理方案，保证服务的高性能、高可用、高安全性； 3.与产品团队协同，解决具体业务场景的问题。
