腾讯ADP-大模型产品售后与产品运营

1.负责大模型产品数据分析体系搭建​，涵盖用户使用频次、调用成功率、响应时长、功能渗透率、商业转化效率等核心指标，确保指标精准反映产品性能、用户价值与商业价值； 2.结合业务需求（如客户行业属性、使用场景差异），拆分细分维度数据视图，为金融、制造、医疗等不同行业客户提供定制化数据分析框架，支撑客户决策与产品优化。​； 3.可以主导大模型产品数据报表规划与落地，覆盖日常运营报表、客户使用分析报表、商业收入报表等类型，可以通过 Tableau、Power BI或自研数据平台实现数据可视化呈现； 4.定期输出大模型产品数据分析报告，挖掘数据背后的业务问题（如功能使用率低、客户留存不佳等），提出功能迭代、交互改进、定价调整等产品优化建议，并推动研发、运营团队落地。​； 5.跟踪行业竞品大模型数据动态，分析竞品优势与不足，结合自身产品数据制定差异化竞争策略，支撑业务增长决策。​； 6.协同研发团队（算法、工程）明确数据采集范围与标准，确保大模型产品从调用请求到结果返回的全链路数据可追溯、可分析，解决数据缺失、数据不一致等问题。​； 7.配合销售、客户成功团队，为客户提供数据解读服务（如客户使用数据复盘、优化建议），提升客户满意度与续约率。

1.负责大模型产品的POC落地与正式实施交付，可以根据客户需求设计端到端方案，并进行场景梳理、方案细化、效果指标确认、交付阶段问题跟进确保满足客户验收场景和指标要求，针对标杆客户沉淀产品案例； 2.销售支持：包含但不限于整理产品手册、友商功能对比、案例集、投标方案支持等，面向各销售通路的不同需求，给予对应支撑。

• Provides high quality customer service to both internal and external groups, effective communication and presentation skills required • Meet payroll delivery timelines, on time every time (no missed pay dates or statutory submissions) • Analyses and explains all components of payroll processing in SAP HR/ ADP GV • Identifies, analyses, researches and resolves errors and discrepancies between Apple’s internal HR/Employee systems and the payroll system to ensure accurate system status prior to payroll processing • Build and performs audits and reconciliations to the highest quality and understand the purpose and importance in the payroll • Supports various projects and/or system UAT stages through partnership and collaboration with IS&T, Ops & QA teams • Ensures all documentation is properly updated and supported according to company policies, procedures, regulatory practices and legal requirements • Solves day-to-day operational problems of varied scope and complexity • Production Support for Global Payroll systems for technical defects, enhancements or regular maintenance, providing timely ticket updates to business partners • Supports global peers, acting as a back-up or additional resource for audits, error handling, and global payroll processing • Handling of confidential data and understanding of responsibility

1.薪酬流程执行 （1）独立处理新员工入职、离职、调岗对应薪酬变更。 （2）协助双周薪资计算，计算并核对工资单各薪资福利项目的数据准确性（如加班费、奖金、401K、FSA、个税社保扣除等）。 2.合规与税务支持 （1）了解美国401K、FSA、个税等基本政策，能够支持日常简单答疑。 （2）学习并执行薪酬政策合规性检查，支持团队应对审计需求。 3.HR与薪酬协同 （1）与HR团队协作处理员工考勤、福利计划（如401(k)、保险）的薪酬关联事务。 （2）解答员工关于薪资、扣除项的咨询，协助解决简单争议。 4.系统操作与优化 （1）操作薪酬软件（如ADP），维护薪酬数据库的准确性。 （2）参与流程优化项目（如自动化薪资计算、数据整合）。 1. Payroll Process Execution （1）Independently handle payroll changes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and reassignments (e.g., salary structure configuration, deduction setup). （2）Assist in biweekly payroll processing, calculating and verifying the accuracy of all payroll components (e.g., overtime, bonuses, 401(k), FSA, federal/state tax deductions, and social security contributions). 2. Compliance & Tax Support （1）Understand U.S. 401(k), FSA, and tax policies to provide support for basic employee inquiries (e.g., tax withholding adjustments, benefit allocations). （2）Learn and implement payroll compliance checks, supporting the team in audit preparedness and regulatory adherence. 3. HR & Payroll Collaboration （1）Collaborate with HR teams to manage payroll-related aspects of attendance records and benefit plans (e.g., 401(k) enrollment, insurance). （2）Resolve employee payroll inquiries (e.g., salary breakdowns, deduction details) and assist in resolving simple disputes. 4. System Operations & Optimization （1）Operate payroll software (e.g., ADP) and maintain the accuracy of payroll databases. （2）Participate in process optimization projects (e.g., automating payroll calculations, integrating data systems).
