工作职责


1.负责腾讯云大模型产品的售后工作,为1线闭环率负责,主要帮助开发者进行问题排查和问题解决,并尽量闭环;
2.进行产品的客户与开发者运营,作为技术接口解决客户/开发者在使用大模型产品过程中的咨询问题、实操问题及效果问题等,并在过程中结合实际反馈的问题对产品进行意见反馈并推进有明确解决时间点,避免类似问题反复出现;
3.定期进行复盘,针对产品售后问题进行总结和分析,并从产品维度、流程维度、团队建设维度给出相应的优化改进意见;
4.建设端到端问题排查全流程,并主导流程优化和系统操作培训,以客户满意度提升和问题解决率为第一目标持续优化流程和优化;
5.负责相关产品的SLA体系,包括服务目标、响应时效、处理机制,联动公司内外部资源解决客户问题,并制定标准解决方案。

Compliance & Tax Support (1)Understand U.S. 401(k), FSA, and tax policies to provide support for basic employee inquiries (e.g., tax withholding adjustments, benefit allocations). (2)Learn and implement payroll compliance checks, supporting the team in audit preparedness and regulatory adherence. 3. HR & Payroll Collaboration (1)Collaborate with HR teams to manage payroll-related aspects of attendance records and benefit plans (e.g., 401(k) enrollment, insurance).
