工作职责
1.负责AI产品（包含Agent系统）交付的标准化建设与链路优化，推动产品的标准化制定与落地，提升产品交付效率，保障产品的交付质量； 2.负责AI产品交付过程中的技术支持、线上问题排查、保障系统稳定高效运行以及售后工单的问题处理； 3.精通并应用提示词工程，设计并优化适用于不同场景的交互流程、思维链及智能体技能，确保任务执行的精确性与可靠性； 4.精通知识库系统，如：Agentic Rag 等的技术原理与优化，集成企业内部知识库，提升模型在垂直领域的专业能力； 5.将大模型能力封装为标准化、可复用的工具与组件，构建并沉淀AI应用能力中台； 6.编写严谨的技术文档，沉淀技术方案与最佳实践，并与产品、业务团队紧密协作，推动技术方案的产品化落地。
