工作职责
1.负责AI产品(包含Agent系统)交付的标准化建设与链路优化,推动产品的标准化制定与落地,提升产品交付效率,保障产品的交付质量; 2.负责AI产品交付过程中的技术支持、线上问题排查、保障系统稳定高效运行以及售后工单的问题处理; 3.精通并应用提示词工程,设计并优化适用于不同场景的交互流程、思维链及智能体技能,确保任务执行的精确性与可靠性; 4.精通知识库系统,如:Agentic Rag 等的技术原理与优化,集成企业内部知识库,提升模型在垂直领域的专业能力; 5.将大模型能力封装为标准化、可复用的工具与组件,构建并沉淀AI应用能力中台; 6.编写严谨的技术文档,沉淀技术方案与最佳实践,并与产品、业务团队紧密协作,推动技术方案的产品化落地。
