任职要求 1.计算机、人工智能、模式识别等相关专业硕士及以上学历，3年以上大模型后训练或相关领域工作经验； 2.熟练掌握深度学习框架（如PyTorch、TensorFlow），有丰富的模型微调、Prompt工程或适配器训练实践经验； 3.熟悉多模态学习基础理论，了解文本、图像、点云等至少两类数据的处理与融合方法； 4.具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习理论基础，能独立设计实验并分析结果，优化模型性能； 5.优秀的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能够快速定位后训练过程中的瓶颈并提出有效改进方案； 6.良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能与算法、产品及工程团队高效配合…
