1.负责视频转码芯片SDK的核心模块开发与维护，包括但不限于FFmpeg Codec、Filter插件； 2.与云业务团队紧密合作，理解并实现各类定制化视频处理需求； 3.负责线上问题的定位、分析与解决，保障服务的稳定性和高效性； 4.进行系统级性能分析与优化，持续提升转码服务的资源利用率和并发能力（整机路数）； 5.参与SDK软件架构的设计与演进，确保代码的可维护性和扩展性。
