任职要求

1.You have exceptional academic credentials, including an advanced law degree from a prestigious, internationally recognized law school. Admission to practice in a major overseas jurisdiction is required. An undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
2.You have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained at leading international law firms and/or multinational companies. Experience in technology transactions, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal matters is strongly preferred.

工作职责

1.Advise on a wide range of legal and business matters in the areas of technology licensing and open source compliance.
2.Draft, review and negotiate software license agreements, professional services agreements, and other general commercial agreements.
3.Develop and continuously identify areas of improvement in our open-source policies, forms, case and knowledge management, training, and processes, provide internal compliance training and improve operational efficiency in accordance with international standards.
4.Collaborate with external counsel and other Tencent attorneys based around the world, including in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, EU, and the US, to provide compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.
5.Identify potential legal issues and pitfalls and devise creative solutions for business teams to efficiently mitigate compliance risks.
