任职要求
● Educational Background & Legal Expertise: Hold a domestic degree in Law or Intellectual Property, combined with an accredited degree in Law or Intellectual Property from an overseas jurisdiction. Deeply understand intellectual property law, private international law, and cross-border IP treaty frameworks.
● Treaty & Jurisdictional Knowledge: Highly familiar with the Paris Convention, PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty), and WTO TRIPS Agreement. Master the trademark or patent confirmation and enforcement rules of a mainstream common law country.
● Language Proficiency: Fluent in business and legal English (both written and spoken). Capable of independently reviewing English IP legal documents, interfacing seamlessly with overseas judges, law firms, and regulatory bodies, and communicating verbally without barriers.
● Professional Capabilities: Possess the ability to independently draft foreign-language IP legal opinions and risk analysis reports, alongside strong capabilities in cross-border case coordination, negotiation, and multi-party collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Hold a valid legal practice qualification/bar license from a common law jurisdiction (such as the UK, US, Singapore, Australia, or Hong Kong SAR).
