任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，5年以上推荐/搜索/广告任一领域的研发经验 2.熟悉linux编程环境、至少熟练掌握C++、Java或Python一种编程语言； 3.熟悉常用的编程工具和机器学习框架（如Tensorflow、PyTorch等），有良好的编程能力和实际算法落地能力； 4.对下面至少一个领域有深入理解：机器学习、深度学习、计算经济学、博弈论、运筹学。 5.熟悉超长序列建模/多场景多任务多模态建模/中长尾流量优化等方面技术。 6.加分项：有前沿算法创新落地经验（比如LLM enhanced recommendation）；或者能综合应用模型/运筹优化/博弈论设计用户体验机制和商户生态机制，有丰富业务实践经验。 7.良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，自我驱动，热衷技术，追求极致。
工作职责
1.负责携程商旅酒店搜索、排序、广告收益等场景下个性化推荐算法和机制研发； 2.结合业务特点落地和创新，改善用户体验&提升业务效果； 3.聚焦召回、排序、重排机制等方向。
