1. Participate in the implementation and operation of the company's training programs; 2. Responsible for writing the content of English columns and assisting in topic planning; 3. Assist in the planning, operation and implementation of English-related activities; 4. Responsible for the management and analysis of project data.
Conduct research to compile user behavior reports and identify pain points in existing service flows. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable service process improvements. Document and visualize customer contact scenarios (e.g., complaints, inquiries) to design streamlined workflows. Assist in drafting English-language documentation (process guides, presentations, strategy memos). Participate in project coordination and stakeholder meetings to align on service design goals. Support ad-hoc tasks related to business strategy ideation and operational efficiency.
1. Responsible for formulating delivery driver operating rules and products, including order allocation, scheduling, capacity growth, pricing subsidies, and experience assessment. 2. Analyze the changes in order demand, issues with existing capacity, and alternative modes of capacity within the industry to suggest iterative directions for the capacity model. 3. Monitor key performance indicators of logistics operations, empower urban operations, and guide urban organizations to enhance operational efficiency.
