工作职责
负责搜广推工程/或引擎平台后端系统的设计和开发工作，确保系统稳定、高效运行。 参与系统架构的设计和优化，提升系统性能和可扩展性。 负责编写高质量的后端代码，实现业务逻辑和数据处理功能。 与产品经理、前端开发人员等协作，进行需求分析和系统设计。 根据需求文档和设计文档，实现后端接口和业务流程。 负责后端系统的日常维护和监控，及时处理系统故障和性能问题。 对系统进行持续优化和改进，提升用户体验和系统性能。 参与团队内部的技术分享和讨论，提升团队整体技术水平。 根据项目需要，完成其他相关工作，如性能测试、安全加固等。
