1. 本科及以上学历，计算机基础扎实，3年以上前端开发经验(React)； 2. 扎实的前端基础，熟练掌握并使用 JavaScript，熟悉 React.js、能熟练使用 React Hooks，并有大型项目经验； 3. 熟练使用 Redux / Redux Toolkit / Rematch 进行前端页面状态管理，掌握其原理； 4. 熟悉 Node.js，有服务端渲染(SSR)、BFF 层或全栈开发经验优先； 5. 熟悉 Web 性能优化，提升页面性能及用户体验； 6. 能熟练使用 Git，有良好的编码规范，注重产品体验和细节； 7. 具备以下任意能力和经验者优先：优秀的英语读写能力、国际化研发经验； 8. 有强烈的上进心和求知欲，善于学习和运用新知识，善于沟通和逻辑表达，有强烈的团队意识和执行力。
工作职责
1. 负责C端产品的需求分析和功能开发，优化用户体验； 2. 配合后台开发人员实现产品界面和功能与后台的交互； 3. 深入理解业务和产品，不断提升产品用户体验，技术驱动业务发展； 4. 关注前沿技术研究，通过新技术服务团队和业务。
