任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟练掌握主流前端框架，包括但不限于 Vue / React 等； 3、熟练掌握前端各种性能优化手段，在浏览器端有相关项目实践与成果； 4、熟悉跨端开发技术，如 React-Native / Flutter 等，有实际项目经验者加分； 5、熟悉前端工程化体系建设，在研发效率提升和质量保障、自动化测试等方面有一定的见解和实践； 6、熟悉 BFF 系统体系建设，有实际项目相关经验者加分； 7、具备良好的团队协作精神和责任心，学习能力
工作职责
1、负责小米电视与视频相关业务前端技术选型、方案设计、研发等工作，包括但不限于 电视 / PC / H5 / RN / 小程序等； 2、持续改进前端应用架构和工程架构，追求极致的用户体验，对交付质量和效率负责； 3、参与前端基础设施建设（包括组件库、低代码、BFF等），持续改进和优化开发流程、基础工具，提高应用性能和交付效率； 4、Web前沿技术研究，跟踪新技术发展并运用到实际项目中
