1. Proficiency in both verbal and written English, fluency in any of IBU languages will be plus;2. 1. With expert knowledge on the [Hotel or Flight or New Product] product, guide both new and existing Advisors on service-related best practices;2. Liaise with the IBU Procedure Team and other Stakeholders to create and maintain customer and service-orientated procedures;3. Work closely with relevant Team Leaders/Group Leaders to fully understand both Customer and Advisor pain points and inefficiencies which can be optimized;4. Always question the status quo. There is always be a better way of doing things;5. Advocate the Trip.com culture and standards;6. Assist with any ad hoc projects and tasks from Group Leaders/Managers where necessary.
1. Manage scheduling related to global investor calls, investors conferences and sellside analyst calls. 2. Execute quarterly NDRs from logistic arrangement, consolidating investors’ requests, to collecting NDR feedback. 3. Coordinate and plan internally with IR officers and management PAs, and externally with investors and investment banks. 4. Organize all NDR logistics including, but not limited to, virtual meeting setup, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering. 5. Organize quarterly earnings call logistics and liaise with internal and external service providers. 6. Maintain investor contact and sell-side contact database and conduct shareholder analysis. 7. Responsible for general secretarial support to a small team.

What you’ll be doing: • Candidate will create, tune, run and analyze graphics and systems benchmarks on PCs, workstations and laptops. Tasks may include some scripting to automate current test processes and benchmarks for improved efficiency. • Candidate may also need to configure computer systems with appropriate hardware and software to run benchmarks on various systems. They would run benchmarks on these systems. • Candidate would analyze results from benchmark runs and create reports to position NVIDIA products appropriately using their evaluation.
