任职要求
1. Minimum 3 years of corporate access experience in sellside/buyside, or secretarial experience in financial industry is preferred. 2. Calendar management expertise with experience coordinating multiple schedules in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information quickly with discretion. 4. Experience developing and maintaining large data sets with the ability to analyze the data. 5. Knowledge and general understanding of financial markets. 6. Bachelor’s Degree holder or above. 7. Strong command of spoken and written English. Fluency in Chinese is a must. 8. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Tencent Meeting/Zoom usage. 9. Location: HK preferred.
工作职责
1. Manage scheduling related to global investor calls, investors conferences and sellside analyst calls. 2. Execute quarterly NDRs from logistic arrangement, consolidating investors’ requests, to collecting NDR feedback. 3. Coordinate and plan internally with IR officers and management PAs, and externally with investors and investment banks. 4. Organize all NDR logistics including, but not limited to, virtual meeting setup, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering. 5. Organize quarterly earnings call logistics and liaise with internal and external service providers. 6. Maintain investor contact and sell-side contact database and conduct shareholder analysis. 7. Responsible for general secretarial support to a small team.

Risk Management & Compliance:• Identify and assess security and safety risks across operations.• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.• Develop and test emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and crisis simulations. 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on security performance, incident trends, and risk posture.• Support cross-functional projects requiring security and safety input.

Job Summary: The Corporate Real Estate Physical Security Operations Specialist ensures the safety and security of ASML’s assets and facilities in China. Risk & Incident Management: Proactively identify and assess physical security risks across ASML China locations. Lead and coordinate the response to security incidents, ensuring they are managed according to company protocols. Manage investigations related to security breaches and collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary. Stakeholder & Team Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including facilities management, HR, and legal teams. Provide guidance and support to security guards and other security staff to ensure adherence to procedures. Engage with external stakeholders, including security vendors and law enforcement agencies, to address security issues and share updates. Training & Development: Assist in the training and development of security personnel to ensure consistent service and high standards of security practice. Lead training sessions on security protocols, incident response, and access control procedures. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in security processes, tools, and systems. Monitor trends and technologies in physical security and apply relevant innovations to improve ASML’s security operations.
Enterprise Access: 1. Study the latest EU knock-down factory investment policiesof designated global markets. 2. communicate and cooperate with EU governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs. Product Access: 1. Support building the database of state-of-art EU Automotive regulations, policies and taxes. 2. Forcast the trends of EU vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products. 3. Communicate with EU Technical Services and related test labs to plan and coordinate local homologation and test activities. After-sales: 1.
