本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，计算机基本功扎实，5年以上前端工作经验 熟练掌握React框架，理解React的关键技术核心； 熟练掌握TypeScript 、ES6/7、JavaScript等前端技术，熟练使用各种前端框架和工具； 对跨端技术RN/Taro等有较深的研发和实践经验，有团队管理经验更佳。 对前端和移动端性能分析有深刻的认知和丰富的技术手段。 熟练掌握Node JS，有服务端开发实践经验
工作职责
负责大前端应用产品（APP、H5、PC、小程序）的开发和维护，能够制定合理有效的开发规范。 负责梳理和优化大前端开发流程，搭建高效集成的大前端开发环境，提高大前端开发质量和效率。 负责前端技术的研究，提升产品的交互体验和以及性能优化； 负责产品需求讨论和功能设计，为产品方案提供技术支持； 负责前端技术体系建设，沉淀公共组件、工具和文档，参与技术分享 有深刻的用户体验认知，能站在用户角度思考产品问题不断提升前端用户体验。
