工作职责
Job 1. Responsible for localized content operations of Trip.com’s Korea site. Oversee the production and quality of official content, and enhance user engagement on the Korean site by producing high-quality content at scale through the use of internal and external tools, including AI. 2. Develop and implement official content operation strategies for the Korea site. Ensure high linguistic quality, accuracy, and relevance of information while optimizing content production methods, direction, and workflows to expand the volume of high-quality content. 3. 1、依据港澳台、中东、巴西、韩国、日本、东南亚等全球市场商品法律法规和行业标准要求,识别和制定电子电器、玩具、化妆品、母婴用品、医疗器械等各类商品的资质合规准入要求(包括但不限于认证资质、产品标签、包装要求、EPR资质等)和管控规则,确保阿里巴巴国际电商平台销售的商品符合全球各市场的法律法规和监管要求; 2、依据目的国监管部门对电商平台的产品安全、禁限售要求、监管动态以及平台商品类目,研判和制定商品资质合规分层管控方案,并协同法务、行业运营等部门,推动方案落地实施; 3、结合海关、物流运输等监管要求,制定各类产品标签、包装等商品实物合规管控标准,协同供应链等部门建立和优化商品实物仓检流程和机制,通过入仓检查和在库抽检等措施,保障平台出库商品实物的合规性; 4、监控商品资质合规等数据指标,搭建违规商品处置策略,及时联动相关上下游调整商品合规供给策略,确保业务平顺可持续发展。
该职位负责管理阿里巴巴集团国际数字商业(AIDC)下的税务事项,职责包括: 1. 有洞察力、前瞻性。勇于发现问题,善于通过完善流程的方式,使税务合规工作高质量、高效率推进,并且不断深入和完善; 2. 良好的业务洞察,基于业务场景、模式等,给到业务有效建议及提示; 3. 对所支持板块的行业发展及韩国税法有了解,依法准确制定相关税务处理,管理各单位涉税资质; 4. 审核各单位每月各项税款计算入账表(包括但不限于流转税、所得税等)以及相应的月度、季度申报;负责各单位年度所得税申报,准确及时完成汇算清缴及配套合规工作; 5. 与财务等部门保持良好的工作关系; 6. 主管布置的其他任务。
