主要负责跨市场的头部博主/艺人相关campaign/日常管理,以及跨市场品牌数字化/社交媒体IMC项目,主要包括: A) 各市场头部博主/艺人项目落地,建立头部博主/艺人项目的合作机制、衡量标准和统一化SOP B) 各市场头部博主/艺人价格谈判以及使用权益,管理统筹不同市场KOL供应商库 C) 各市场头部博主/艺人的内容产出和审核,管理供应商并确保KOL内容符合品牌调性的同时打造爆款内容 D) 落地social/digital IMC activation, 包括但不限于idea创意产出、KOL内容产出、小规模boosting投放管理等
1. Create engaging and business oriented WEU go-to-market plans (paid media, creatives, live-ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the lifecycle of the games you are responsible of. Be the connexion located in the headquarter to connect on the marketing side with key stake-holders to represent Western Europe and collect global planning insights that will inform the local planning and execution 2. Manage brand activation projects, in support of games that are launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Influencers, Community at WEU and HQ level) 3. Project management: monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review -- check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct post mortem reports after project finishes. 4. Management of consumer facing content in a framework of market localization and quality optimization (copywriting, visual impact, trends.) Work Location: China-Shenzhen
- Sets the annual partnerships road map to scale business and brand growth in Saudi - Manages the communication and negotiations with potential partners and existing ones to ensure partnership sustainabiility. - Tailors partneship deals - Brainstorms event themes, ideation and occasions. - Handles on-ground activation execution, prepares branding, event setup and stakeholder management to ensure top standard activations delivery. - Supports on the overall events agendas. - Managing the branding material storage, maintenance, installation and dismantling for (events, vendor branding, …etc). - Handles sourcing, production and inventory tracking of promotional giveaways - Liaises event social media coverage with the relevant teams and aligns on main content structure.
Support the Sr. Planning Manager in developing and managing annual and quarterly marketing campaign calendars. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR, partnerships, sales) to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time. Serve as the central point of contact for campaign status updates. Prepare the marketing budget reports needed for the monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. Track campaign spending, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and provide reports. Liaise with internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with business goals. Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between departments for campaign execution. Support the development of ad-hoc marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and brand activations. Assist in preparing presentations, strategic proposals, and internal communication materials. Prepare reports for campaign and channel efficiency assessment.
About the Role We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused integrated senior communication manager to build our content strategy in central marketing team for the Middle East (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait). You will be responsible for crafting high-impact content strategies, driving campaign engagement, and amplifying our presence in a complex, multicultural region. This role is for a "doer" – someone who can identify cultural moments, buzzworthy campaigns, and turn our brand into a regional conversation starter, all while navigating local sensitivities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Brand Engagement Develop hyper-localized content strategies for GCC markets (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait), leveraging cultural insights and consumer behavior Identify and capitalize on high-impact moments (e.g., Ramadan, Saudi National Day, Dubai Shopping Festival) Drive engaging storytelling through owned and earned channels to promote our brand and offers, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging 2. Viral & Buzzworthy Campaigns Conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns around the year (e.g., gamified promotions, influencer-led challenges) Build an in-house "content engine" capable of real-time, trend-driven marketing Partner with local cultural entities (e.g., sports leagues, entertainment hubs) for authentic, engagement-driving activations 3. Crisis & Reputation Coordination Work closely with the corporate Public Relation team to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader reputation goals Flag potential cultural/religious sensitivities in campaign concepts before launch Monitor public sentiment and adjust campaigns in real-time to avoid missteps 4. Team & Ecosystem Leadership Manage relationships with platforms, and influencers (without overlapping with Corp Public Relation’s remit) Optimize paid and organic content distribution for maximum engagement on a campaign basis
