任职要求
1. 深入了解负责业务的各类数据及指标。识别客户需求，发现改进机会。能够独立评估需求影响范围及收 益，判断需求价值。 2. 了解WFM整体运营现状，识别出流程缺失和待优化，处理关键流程问题和重大异常情况。 提供高效的解决方案，确保流程稳定。 3. 掌握运营现状 能针对性设计完整的排班模型和调控流程。能及时从排班和调控中发现异常，提供反馈和建议给服务团队，并协助团队做持续性改善 4. 站在全球运营的视角上，发现人力运营的优化机会点，作全球整体的策略和流量管理。 5. 带领有一定复杂程度，多元的项目管理及执行。及时有效管理项目变更，识别项目风险及管理项目风险。 1. 年限：需要5年以上的WFM、运营规划或相关领域经验，其中至少2-3年担任团队领导或管理职务。 2. 行业经…
