1.Have end-to-end ownership of new hotel suppliers acquisitions and existing suppliers management, understand partners’ strategy and objectives, refined API operations, and help to grow the revenue;2.Monitor supplier service performance, and ensure that hotel suppliers achieve high service quality through the cooperation process and the arsenal provided by the platform;3.Able to promptly identify supplier API direct connection anomalies/stuck points, and effectively mobilize resources from all parties in the customer management backend, settlement and other processes. Combined with platform data, formulate high-quality growth plans for core customers to achieve sustainable growth for customers;4.Participate in relevant exhibitions, seminars and activities on behalf of the company to promote the Trip's brand and products; leverage the inventory and price coverage of hotels in corresponding overseas regions through the responsible customers to provide more for outbound and overseas guests accommodation options;5.Inspire, encourage and empower team members to build a high-performance team, and create and seize new opportunities in an ever-evolving environment

About the Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Display Technical Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge display and touch technologies for our consumer devices. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through complex product development cycles, from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration of display, touch, and optics subsystems. What You'll Do Program Leadership & Execution • Drive end-to-end execution of display and touch programs, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across global teams • Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews with internal teams and external suppliers • Present program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks Technical Program Management • Partner with Device Project Teams to define display and touch subsystem requirements and integration strategies • Coordinate engineering builds at supplier facilities globally, ensuring quality and schedule adherence • Manage configuration management deliverables and drive timely release of assemblies to production • Lead the introduction of new display, touch, and optics technologies into product roadmaps Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with inter-disciplinary teams including hardware engineering, software development, quality assurance, industrial design, and manufacturing operations • Collaborate with TDM (Touch Display Module) suppliers and Contract Manufacturers to optimize product outcomes • Drive alignment across Asia and US-based teams to ensure cohesive program execution Key Competencies • Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions • Collaboration: Thrives in open, collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders • Adaptability: Responsive and flexible in fast-paced, dynamic product development environments
