Education: 
a period of up to 4 years of regular study with a degree and extensive specialist additional qualification 
or a more than 4-year period of regular study with a degree and related extended subject-specific additional qualification provided. 

Knowledge/Languages: 
- Ability to understand and promote highly complicated Systems to the relevant stakeholders, strong technical background in one of the following fields 
appreciated (Automation, Digitalization, Machine Building, Production Technology)  
- Teamwork across countries and cultures within MC and MTS 
- International and Intercultural sensitivity 
- Readiness to bear responsibility in a global framework
