Description: Operation specialist, Hotel Meta will manage day-to-day operations of the global meta search. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations, along with the ability to apply data driven decisions to implement account growth strategy and drive revenue to Trip.com.As the owner of part of our Meta Search Engine (e.g., TripAdvisor, Trivago, HotelsCombined, Google HPA, Kayak, etc.), your responsibilities are to manage the partner and to optimize the accounts. You will work closely with the Meta Search partners, Product and Data Science teams. 1. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and increase market share 2. Managedaily operational tasks, including but not limited to performance review, commercial negotiation, billing and settlement. Strong attention to detail. 3.Basic understanding of API architecture and integration workflows; able to translate client requirements into actionable API integration plans 4. Manage the relationship with meta partners. 5. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity 6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth performance 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives
Job Summary Metasearch Account manager will manage day-to-day operations of the global metasearch. A strong analytical background will be required, highly data-driven, along with the ability to apply data driven decisions to define account strategy and apply bidding strategies across meta search to drive revenue to Trip.com. As the owner of one of our Metasearch Engine (e.g., TripAdvisor, Trivago, HotelsCombined, Google HPA, Kayak, etc.), your responsibilities are to manage the partner and to optimize the accounts. You will work closely with the Metasearch partners, Product and Data Science teams. · Manage and track Meta account’s performance, like cost, bookings, ROI, etc. and ensure effective budget utilization. · Define marketing growth strategy and initiatives using data analysis to drive Meta growth. · Manage the overall relationship with meta partners to develop a strategic framework to grow the revenue. · Collaborate with product, engineers, BI to do A/B Testing, analyze results and execute your recommendations.
