Support EOR vendor management work by collecting, organizing, and consolidating vendor-related information across countries/regions.Assist in maintaining EOR vendor-related records and trackers, and support routine vendor follow-up.Support internal HR meeting coordination, including meeting organization, communication, and follow-up tracking.Assist in preparing meeting materials, summaries, progress updates, and internal documentation.Support global HR compliance-related work by collecting and organizing local employment practices, policy/process information, and internal reference materials.Support communication and follow-up with internal HR stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information updates.Support basic data cleaning and analysis using Excel, including data checks, simple comparisons, and visualization when needed.Support documentation and knowledge management, including organizing files, maintaining records, and updating internal knowledge bases.Assist with other cross-region HR operations projects as needed.
