工作描述
业务介绍 酒店业务是集团核心业务之一，住宿预订长期位居集团第一大收入板块。用户端覆盖 App、小程序与 H5 多端，日均承载百万级订单与亿级页面访问，支撑从搜索、比价、详情到下单、订单管理的完整预订链路。 岗位内容负责酒店用户端核心预订链路的全栈研发：搜索、列表、详情、下单、订单管理等页面与交互以及服务层能力，覆盖 App、小程序、H5 多端。负责前端技术方案的把控：主导重点项目的架构设计与技术选型，建立前端开发规范与方案评审机制，保障多端技术方案质量与技术演进。负责用户端体验与性能治理：首屏加载、交互流畅度、包体积与渲染性能，建立并维护前端监控与异常告警体系。负责用户端相关服务端需求的设计与开发：使用 AI 工具独立完成开发与链路优化负责前端工程化与基础设施建设：组件库、构建体系、CI/CD、自动化测试，提升团队交付效率。与产品、设计、算法、数据…
