任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，3年以上后端开发经验。 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，较强的学习能力和逻辑能力。 3、熟练使用Java，对Java的相关知识又深刻理解和实践。 4、数量使用MySQL、MongoDB、Redis、Kafka等常用组件。 5、精通springboot、springCloud。精通分布式系统的设计开发、对微服务拆分和微服务治理（包括服务发现、配置管理、流量控制、日志监控、容错容灾）有深入理解和实战经验。 6、自驱力强，积极主动，能独立负责一块业务，能在团队内外高效地沟通协调，迅速推进问题解决。
工作职责
1、负责咪咕视频相关微服务的建设和维护。 2、基于对业务的理解，进行系统选型、涉及、编码，为系统的长期稳定性及可维护性负责。 3、具备解决负责系统问题的经验和能力，为持续寻找和优化现有系统的不足，提升系统性能。
