岗位要求 一、硬性条件 1. 3年以上AI产品经验,主导过Agent类产品(如智能客服、虚拟助手、自动化流程引擎)的完整交付闭环,有汽车、金融、电商等高复杂度场景落地案例优先。 2. 精通Agent技术栈:熟悉大模型(LLM)应用架构(如CoT思维链、RAG增强检索)、多模态交互技术(语音/文本/图像融合决策)、自动化任务流引擎(如AutoGPT、LangChain)。 3. 具备工程化攻坚能力:主导过算法性能优化(如ASR端到端延迟<200ms、意图识别准确率>95%)、高并发系统设计(日调用量超百万级)等技术硬仗。 二、核心能力 1. 技术穿透力:能快速理解大模型与垂域算法的技术边界,定义Agent产品的“能力三角”(功能覆盖度、体验流畅度、商业变现力)。 2. 复杂系统架构能力:擅长设计Agent与算法组件、业务系统的协同框架(如实时数据回流、动态策略热更新),规避技术债与系统瓶颈。 3. 管理能力:具备从0到1组建技术产品团队的经验,擅长目标拆解与资源协调,能同时应对技术攻坚与业务交付的双重压力。 三、加分项 1. 熟悉汽车垂域业务痛点(如座舱语音交互的噪声场景、经销商话术合规性要求、用户画像实时更新)。 2. 有AI PaaS平台、服务化架构(微服务、容器化)设计经验,或大模型中间件开发背景。
工作职责
工作职责 一、Agent产品战略与交付闭环 1. 负责基于汽车垂域大模型(仓颉)的Agent产品规划与全生命周期管理,主导智能体(Agent)在汽车之家线上用户场景看买用换场景交付、以及线下新零售店端及经销商门店的营销等场景的端到端交付。 2. 定义Agent产品的核心能力框架(如多模态意图理解、动态决策推理、自动化任务执行),推动下游算法组件层(对话系统、AIGC、TTS/ASR)的技术需求落地,确保能力对齐与性能达标。 二、技术架构设计与性能攻坚 1. 设计高鲁棒性的Agent技术架构,整合大模型能力与垂域算法组件(如对话引擎、语音合成、内容生成),解决复杂场景下的延迟、并发、多模态融合等技术硬伤。 2. 主导Agent核心技术指标优化(如任务完成率、交互满意度、端到端响应时间),建立算法组件性能与Agent体验的量化映射模型,推动技术迭代。 三、跨域协同与资源整合 1. 深度联动大模型团队、算法组件团队、业务侧,主导需求拆解与资源排期,确保Agent产品从原型验证到规模化交付的链路通畅。 2. 建立Agent能力评估体系,设计AB实验、用户反馈埋点等机制,验证技术方案在真实场景的有效性(如销售人力提效率等)。 四、商业化落地 1. 主导AI场景的需求分析、技术方案评审、研发进度把控,确保Agent产品高质量交付。 2. 探索Agent产品的商业化模式(线下新媒体营销场景),推动在经销商服务、新零售门店、二手车等场景的规模化复制。
