任职要求 二、任职要求 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上后端/服务端开发经验，有智能体/AIGC/对话系统等相关经验者优先。 扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握 Python/Go/Java 中至少一门语言，熟悉异步编程、多线程、网络编程等基础。 熟悉 Agent 开发框架，如 LangChain、LangGraph 等，有实际项目集成经验。 了解大模型基本原理（Transformer、Token 化、上下文窗口），无需深入算法调优，但能理解模型 API 的使用限制与成本优化。 熟悉 RAG 工程组件：至少一种向量数据库（Milvus、Qdrant、Pinecone、Elasticsearch 向量能力）、Embedding 模型调用、检索服务性能优化。 熟悉常用中间件：Redis、Kafka/…
