工作描述
任职要求 1. 硕士研究生学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、金融科技等相关专业优先。 2. 具备扎实的前端基础，熟练掌握 JavaScript / TypeScript、HTML、CSS、HTTP 协议、浏览器机制和前端工程化体系。 3. 至少熟练掌握 React、Vue、Next.js、React Native、鸿蒙中的一种或多种技术栈，有复杂 Web 或移动端应用开发经验。 4. 熟悉大模型应用开发流程，参与过 AI 助手、智能问答、RAG、Agent、Copilot 或自动化工作流相关项目。 5. 理解 AI Agent 核心机制，包括工具调用、任务拆解、上下文管理、多轮对话、工作流编排、模型选择和结果评估。 6. 熟悉至少一种 AI 开发框架或工具链，如 OpenAI API / Agents SDK、Vercel AI SDK、LangChain / LangGraph、MCP、LlamaIndex 等。 7. 具备良好的产品意识和交互设计理解，能够将复杂 AI 能力转化…
