本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、通信等相关背景，2年以上工作经验 -熟练掌握go语言、python、shell等语言，具备go开发经验 -具备良好的数据结构和算法基础，理解常规的架构设计思想，包括但不限于服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等，有系统性能解决的思维，有良好的抽象化思维 -了解 LangChain、LamIndex 、原生应用平台设计等 -会写简单的 prompt，熟悉使用 GPT4/百川/智谱等新搜索工具 -热爱工作，具备良好的分析问题和解决问题能力，勇于面对有挑战性问题 -热爱AI技术，具备创新意识和持续学习能，有一定 AI 业务视角和用户数据分析背景优先考虑
工作职责
-负责推动新一代 AI 搜索产品落地，重点建设 AI 搜索通用业务架构和网络架构 -参与memory系统设计、模型流控、风控设计、智能体分发协议设计等 -负责高质量的设计和编码，编写高可靠性，高安全性，高性能的通用业务模块 -负责AI搜索服务运维、系统架构优化，提出建设性意见，提升服务性能和稳定性建设 -负责对接涉及多团队协作项目的工作沟通、落地等
