任职要求
-计算机、软件相关专业，具备扎实的编程能力和算法基础；对AI产品有信念，有热情，有充分的求知欲和好奇心； -熟悉主流大语言模型（如GPT、LLaMA、DeepSeek等）的原理和应用； -精通Python，熟悉深度学习框架（PaddlePaddle/PyTorch/TensorFlow）； -具备以下一项或多项经验： -CodingAgent设计开发 -Prompt Engineering实践经验 -大模型微调（Fine-tuning）经验 -向量检索、知识库构建经验 -LLM应用开发和策略实现经验
工作职责
-负责生成式AI应用算法的实现、开发和优化； -结合提示工程、模型微调、数据检索和编码等技术，支持关键产品功能； -参与制定技术方案，解决复杂的算法问题； -与产品、研发团队紧密协作，推动AI能力在业务场景中的落地。
