[Market analysis] Provide insight into the industry and market trends,implement strategy and carry out the plans to build a competitive supply chain. 2. [Business development] Responsible for business development of local hotels and suppliers, including business planning, market development, and operation to drive and improve the coverage of hotels in the destination. 3. [Merchant operation] Develop development strategy with suppliers to enable operation capability and merchant tools utilization, improve the efficiency and quality of merchant operations, and keep pricing competitive. 4. [Data analysis] Through data analysis regularly track the achievement of business goals and progress of projects, and promote improvement actions in good time. 5. [Product Optimization] To improve the quality and efficiency of business process, review and identify demands of product optimization. 6. 职位描述: ● 熟悉韩国本地物流业务,理解韩国商家及消费者需求;能把国内平台物流的打法和韩国本地平台物流打发做融合,做出供应链,仓、干、关、配各环节咬合清晰定义清晰有竞争力的物流产品; ● 根据韩国本地仓、配送资源及能力,结合平台商家的物流规则,以商家、消费者体验目标为导向,输出整体物流方案及能力,咬合商流诉求,落地运营拿结果; ● 咬合本地商业模式,和商家运营、商家物流规则、供应链能力形成合力,BD商家使用平台物流能力,提升渗透率; ● 基于跨境逆向需求,结合亚太各个国家的市场环境和消费者需求,有对现有逆向方案迭代优化,产品新的跨境逆向解决方案的能力; ● 能够调研物流商和消费者实际诉求,基于多业务场景,梳理跨境逆向全链路流程,设计标准,优化消费者体验; ● 协同商流团队,基于实际逆向能力和消费者诉求,推动前台在逆向表达侧的产品能力优化和线上运营,持续优化平台逆向服务能力和商家体验。
1、类目运营:负责韩国市场家居家装/服饰运动/3C数码/玩具母婴/汽摩配用品相关品类运营,制定和实施品类规划策略及落地路径,为品类成交规模及健康度负责; 2、商家商品运营:结合内外资源,引入品牌、工厂、渠道、分销等多层竞争力商家及有效货品供给,打造全价位段分模式商家货品矩阵,快速补充韩向品类需求,根据商品生命周期和特性进行商品运营; 3、负责平台大促、网红团购等频道等供给及商务谈判,具备较强行业专业度,能在用户视角下有强选品BD能力,擅长趋势类目发现、货品及流量运营。
