-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，基础扎实，深刻理解数据结构和算法 -3年以上服务器后端开发经验，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes生态工具，熟悉常用中间件和分布式技术的原理和应用 -熟练掌握Golang/C++至少一门，对Python有了解更佳 -积极主动，有责任心，同时有较强的系统问题分析经验和能力，能够解决复杂的系统问题 -有医疗产品和高性能架构设计开发设计经验优先 -良好的沟通以及团队合作能力，较强的学习意愿和学习能力，能够快速掌握工作所需的知识和技能
工作职责
-负责参与AI+医疗产品或智能体平台设计开发 -保持业务和技术前瞻性，分析系统架构的瓶颈，持续提升系统的性能、扩展性和稳定性 -关注产品体验，高质高效支撑产品落地，为医院和患者提供更有价值的产品服务 -与前端研发、算法研发和产品团队紧密合作，构建优秀的用户体验和功能
