-计算机或相关专业背景，具有5年以上相关研发工作经验，有良好的数据结构和算法基础 -精通Java或Python编程，熟悉主流开源框架，熟悉k8s技术 -熟悉搜索引擎相关技术，有企业搜索或信息检索系统经验优先 -有文档解析技术及相关策略工程技术经验优先 -有良好的时间管理意识，自驱意识，有较好的沟通交流能力；能够承受一定的工作压力
工作职责
-负责智能数据接入模块的架构设计与核心功能研发工作，实现数据高效、统一接入 -参与智能内容理解模块的开发与优化，构建高效的语义理解引擎，提升文档解析、信息抽取的效果 -参与多模态搜索系统建设，支持对文本、网页、图像、音视频内容进行跨模态检索与应用 -持续优化系统性能与稳定性，提升基础组件的工程化水平，保持系统的高可靠性与高并发处理能力
