-在校本科生或研究生，计算机相关专业优先 -熟练掌握C++/Python/Go中的至少一门语言，具备良好的编码习惯和代码管理能力 -熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用组件的使用及基本原理 -扎实的计算机基础，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，了解计算机系统结构、网络、操作系统等核心知识 -热爱编程，具备强烈的求知欲、好奇心和责任心，工作踏实认真 -逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
工作职责
-参与社区养老运营平台业务系统的开发与维护 -协助养老运营场景下大模型Agent的优化与落地 -参与客户需求对接、功能实现及调试工作 -参与现有系统的业务梳理和优化 -技术文档的编写和整理
