工作职责
-负责地图场景下的大模型智能体应用开发，构建文旅场景百万级用户量的智能体应用 -探索建设基于规划反思的慢思考多agent大模型方案，负责意图识别、任务规划、任务分发、poi检索等组件的建设和效果优化 -探索强化学习微调在多agent应用场景中的效果提升，验证和提升在业务场景中的效果 -紧跟AI行业的前沿技术，推动技术在实际应用场景落地和效果优化
