任职要求
职位要求 1.拥有计算机科学、地理信息系统或相关专业的本科或以上学历； 2.熟练掌握JAVA、C++、Shell编程语言，熟悉Linux操作环境； 3.对大模型技术（如SFT、RAG）和图像识别（深度学习、模式识别等）有实践经验者优先； 4.拥有3年以上相关的开发测试经验； 5.具备良好的代码编写习惯和熟悉规范的软件开发流程； 6.具有大数据开发背景、GIS背景者将获得加分。
工作职责
1.为导航规划、地图渲染、高精度定位和地图数据编译等高德核心服务端系统进行全面的质量保障和测试体系建设； 2.设计并执行综合测试方案，确保高复杂度地图业务系统的质量和可靠性； 3.通过多种创新技术手段（如LLM、图像识别等）实现高度自动化的测试方法，通过持续集成/持续交付体系建设实现高效率、高质量的产品研发和交付流程。
