任职要求
1、计算机、数学、信息科学等理工科相关专业,研究生以上学历。以第一作者在AI类型顶刊顶会(CVPR/AAAI/ACL/INTERSPEECH等)发表论文者优先 2、有扎实的编码能力并能熟练使用python,熟悉hadoop/spark等大数据工具和tensorflow/pytorch 等框架 3、熟悉经典算法并跟进大模型技术,包括Transformer/Bert/GPT/Clip以及单模态/多模态大语言模型等 4、熟悉AGENT/RAG等目前主流的大模型衍生方向,对指令对齐/数据安全/数据评估/高效计算有一定的了解 5、具备快速业务学习能力,敏捷全面的逻辑思维能力,有较强的沟通协作能力,具备优秀的逻辑思维能力,有较强的责任心,对解决挑战性问题充满热情,善于分析问题和解决问题
工作职责
1、探索AIGC领域相关算法研究和应用落地 2、根据公司业务,根据特定场景进行算法分析和优化,面向场景包括但不限于文档智能、规划、创意文案/报告生成等 3、精通自然语言处理算法,对计算机视觉/语音语义/推荐等相关模型有了解,并对多模态算法持续follow和研究
