- Recommend, review and approve trading limits of clients and Investment Representatives (IRs) - Monitor trading exposure of clients and Investment Representatives. - Follow-up on accounts with overdue contra losses including liaising with external legal counsel on legal proceedings against clients and Investment Representatives. - Review and approve trade amendments. - Prepare management reports for daily reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings. - Perform periodic review of instruments and annual review of accounts. - Assist in system and project streamlining/enhancement initiatives to improve risk monitoring and operational efficiency. - Maintain and update internal credit risk policies/framework to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business and regulatory developments. - Perform other administrative duties and support management projects as assigned. - Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, internal policies/framework and risk management guidelines. - Escalate issues that are of major concern to the Head of Credit Risk

Key Responsibilities: - Set up credit risk management framework (process and policy), build and maintain onboarding, assessment, ongoing monitoring and reporting of exposures for the entity. This also includes the usage of AI/ML and the incorporating of alternative data into such models. - Meet Thailand regulatory requirement proactively with risk-related procedures, processes and policies. - Collaborate across functions, including business, product, tech, legal and compliance, enable embedded financing, implement data-driven credit assessment in the various lending platforms / ecosystems that the entity will engage itself in. - Conduct both regular and ad-hoc portfolio analysis on post lending accounts to identify the associated credit risks, update policy, and improving decision engine timely. - Manage the model risks for all scorecards and models including validation and monitoring under Group Model Risk Framework. - Solicit and analyse market related information on the practice or trend of RETAIL and SME risk management, and make recommendations to Senior Management for procedural reviews. - Lead local credit risk team, and enable approver and collection experts to improve daily efficiency with data-driven insight.
In this position you will: This role will focus mainly on cross border logistics and cross border business, but will handle other business areas as required. Perform & review the accounting functions within Lazada Group including: Month-end closing, including reviewing accounting entries and accruals Review Balance sheet reconciliation schedules Prepare Balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages VAT reporting, withholding tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax reporting Intercompany reconciliation Month vs month analysis of balance sheet and P&L. Ensure local accounting standards application, issue identification and resolution. Work closely with the Shared Services and Outsource team. Work closely with finance business partners to understand the business and review reasonableness of financial statements. Involve and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Review vendor aging to ensure existence of liabilities, long overdue are reviewed and followed up promptly. Monthly accruals for expenses that are not recorded via the procurement system. Review reporting packages before submission to Regional. Preparation of annual Statutory financial statements. Assist with audit request during annual financial statements audit. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period. Subject matter expert for key systems, including suggesting improvement areas and documented the SOP. Understand business and process flows, and impact to financial statements. Participate in projects as required.

Responsible for overseas market and administration procurement requirements, including but not limited to purchasing work for categories such brand creativity, and new media channels and office rental etc. 2. Responsible for working out adapted procurement solutions for different business needs. 3. Conducting work related to sourcing, bidding invitations, negotiations, annual contract signing, and project implementation for market resources in different regions overseas. 4. Responsible for supplier negotiations, competitive analysis of procurement costs, industry cost research and analysis, and improving cost reduction and control plans.
