工作职责
• Work closely and assist superiors in coordinating internal resources to meet client needs. • Manage daily operations, administration, client care and relationship management. • Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time. • Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience • Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction • Customizes client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Development Director to join our dynamic team. Job Description ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders including shopping malls, retail chains, and government authorities ● Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our market presence ● Analyse market trends and competitor landscape to inform business strategies ● Develop and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies utilizing CRM tools ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction ● Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to prospective clients ● Develop and implement effective strategies and promotion campaigns to deliver business results and meet performance targets ● Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement ● Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance within the sales team ● Prepare and present reports on sales performance and business development activities to senior management
Key Responsibilities: Profitability & Commercial Strategy - Develop and implement pricing strategies to maintain healthy profit margins while staying competitive. - Manage P&L, cost structures, and promotional budgets to maximize profitability. - Secure brand funding for platform promotions, including co-marketing initiatives, vouchers, installment plans (IPP), and exclusive deals. - Optimize category performance by analyzing sales data, market trends, and profitability reports. - Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and reduce operational costs. Brand Management & Business Development - Own brand relationships and ensure alignment with Lazada’s strategic priorities. - Lead Business Planning with top electronics brands to drive growth. - Negotiate for exclusive product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand investments. - Work with brands to implement Always-on Seller Vouchers, time-bound promotions, and cross-category collaborations. - Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to refine brand strategies. Inventory & Assortment Management - Optimize assortment planning, ensuring a strong mix of hero SKUs and new product introductions. - Monitor sell-through rates, stock levels, and Days of Inventory (DOI) to maintain a healthy balance. - Develop demand forecasting strategies to minimize overstock and prevent stockouts. - Work with logistics and supply chain teams to improve inventory flow and fulfillment efficiency. - Implement clearance strategies for slow-moving stocks while maintaining margin targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to execute brand and profitability strategies. - Align with supply chain and fulfillment teams to improve inventory turnover and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with platform teams to leverage data-driven insights for demand forecasting and pricing optimization.

You will support the Tiger BOSS Debit Card product's endeavors in building a robust partnerships system to incentivise utilisation of the Tiger BOSS Debit Card. This includes: 1. Reaching out to potential partners of various verticals (F&B, Lifestyle, Fashion, Travel & Entertainment, Utilities etc.) to expand our partnership ecosystem 2. Proposing various partnership mechanics to drive card acquisitions and utilisation 3. Utilising and updating internal platforms to onboard partners 4. Monitor and analyse performance of partners and drive ideation to push for card adoption 2. Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities 3. Backend support on in-house platforms to craft and push out owned channels (eDMs, social media, Push Notifications etc.) for partners 4. Planning and executing of Marketing Campaigns for Tiger BOSS Debit Card 5. Support in planning and executing partnerships related events or campaigns 6. Support any strategic product development for Tiger BOSS Debit Card 7. Support in Tiger BOSS Debit Card product page enhancement 8.
