Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Development Director to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key account client relationships while developing strategies for growth. The Regional Strategic Account Lead role is responsible for owning and driving strategic relationship and growth of our global FMCG accounts, together with our local category teams, empowering their brand success on LazMall in Lazada. Reporting to Regional Strategic Accounts Category Director, you will be responsible for: • Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews • Strategic partnership development and relationship management -top Global FMCG group companies • Retail Planning, P&L understanding and Trade terms negotiations • Promotional Planning including campaign planning and NPD launches regionally. • Analytical- data insights to improve and support business & retail plans • Developing & implementing processes for regional partnerships • Managing tech product roadmap to support new innovations and enhance UX for respective categories & group companies • Capability development and regular close collaboration with local teams in joint business planning for respective Group companies • Business development - identify new trends and brands to support constant growth on Lazada • Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients

Application Strategy and Leadership: •Develop and implement the IT application strategy in alignment with the organization's business goals. •Lead and manage the applications team responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of business-critical applications. •Serve as a subject matter expert for application solutions, providing guidance on the best technologies and methodologies to solve business challenges. Application Portfolio Management: •Oversee the full lifecycle of applications from planning and selection to implementation and ongoing optimization. •Manage a portfolio of business applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards. •Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions to improve business processes. Project Management & Implementation: •Direct the planning, execution, and management of application-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to deliver application projects. Team Leadership & Development: •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of application professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. •Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development opportunities. Governance & Compliance: •Ensure all applications comply with internal security policies, external regulations, and industry standards. •Implement and enforce IT governance frameworks for application lifecycle management. •Manage the risk associated with application systems, ensuring proper disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: •Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience. •Evaluate emerging trends and technologies in the application space and make recommendations for adoption.

Responsible for supply chain marketing collaboration, sales plan product design. By breaking down traffic and marketing systems, associate business plans and sales plans with marketing and traffic promotion behaviors, and converting them into the determination of supply chain inventory plans. Ensure the accuracy of sales plan achievement and the certainty of supply chain replenishment plans. Design systematic product solutions to establish a retail supply chain product system. 2. Combine industry trends and business development goals to design scenario-based marketing tools and supply chain collaboration mechanisms. Promote cross-departmental resource integration to ensure the implementation of product solutions in key scenarios such as business operations and inventory management. Continuously improve the certainty of marketing strategies, traffic mechanisms, and supply chain systems. 3. Lead the construction of medium- and long-term product architecture. Based on ensuring product flexibility, build an expandable supply chain marketing collaboration platform to promote data standardization and process automation, forming industry-leading scenario-based solutions.
