工作职责
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including recording external payments, employee reimbursements, bank transactions, and accounts receivable/payable. - Manage company external payments, employee reimbursements, and other expense payments. - Review original supporting documents for payments and bank deposits. - Assist in automating processes for external payments, employee reimbursements, and other expense payments. - File and maintain accounting vouchers and other finance-related documents. - Assist with bank account openings and due diligence processes. - Prepare bank reconciliations and trust account reconciliations. - Prepare documentation and files as required by auditors. - Establish and maintain fixed asset ledgers and assist the fixed asset management team with periodic inventory checks. - Perform special projects assigned by supervisors.
• Review and process payment proposals including PO and Non-PO payments • Review vendor contracts and ensure purchase transactions are properly accounted for by assigning correct GL and cost center coding according to transaction nature • Monitor the Fapiao insurance and validating processes • Prepare journal entries such as accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and various general accounting within our established month-end reporting schedule. • Prepare account reconciliations and update monthly reporting packages • Understand accounts, investigate fluctuations, monitor trends, identify unusual transactions, research the proper accounting treatment and propose a resolution • Address accounting issues related to new transactions by investigating the facts and researching the proper accounting treatment. • Support the accounting team in preparing annual financial documents and footnotes following GAAP • Improve existing processes by finding ways to add efficiency or quality • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
THE ROLE As Tesla China has been growing rapidly, this accountant/senior accountant can support diversified financial practices resulting from rapid business growth, also not same as traditional accounting, this role need to help other business stakeholders addressing problems and analyzing data, to be more closely with the business itself. In the meanwhile, need to work closely with global team to quickly solve issues. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with external vendors/internal partners. Coordinate with business requesters and give reasonable solutions time wisely. Understand the company ERP system, participate in ERP system optimization program. Figure out essential financial impact with business acumen. Prepare the weekly/monthly reports and other reports required by supervisors Comply with accounting and reporting guidelines. Comply with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations. Ad hoc tasks or projects allocated by supervisor.
