About The Team The Information Security team is at the core of the Tiger Brokers' trading platform. The SOC operations function is accountable for planning and overseeing the monitoring and maintenance of security operations, and providing guidance and leadership to internal resources. Job Description - Monitor and analyze security infrastructure to support detection and response to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. - Conduct basic investigations of security events, including malware infections and unauthorized access attempts. - Escalate critical cases to the incident response team and to provide support where needed - Assist in identifying opportunities for tuning to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives - Handling case management, generating tickets and reports when required, and tracking open tickets until closure - Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports
• The Infrastructure Systems Engineer Intern will do the following tasks, through collaboration with team members in China and around the world. • - Analyze the requirements, demands, constraints and challenges of machine learning platform in local or global environments. Design or re-design platform architecture to improve its scalability and agility, and to enable new, high-impact use cases • - Investigate new technologies to enhance system performance, reliability and redundancy. Create performance profile for platforms and services, defining service level objectives (SLO) and driving the measurement, monitoring and evaluation over these objectives • - Improve automation of operations for infrastructure and platforms, including tools and processes of monitoring, logging and alerting, to improve scalability in both system construction and runtime operations • - Develop and implement the above design, bringing it to an internal product, with observability to support efficient systems management
Assist in designing, building, and maintaining a scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure Collaborate with developers, operations, and security teams to ensure that the infrastructure is performing optimally and securely Monitoring and alarm systems for our cloud infrastructure, applications, and services Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues proactively, and troubleshoot incidents when they arise Develop and implement automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Participate in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Document infrastructure and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and institutional memory Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud-native computing and SRE practices

Job Description The Cloud Engineer plays a critical role in shaping the cloud strategy, ensuring system reliability and performance across all cloud initiatives. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible to design and lead the implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure and services for Core IT China. Responsibilities Drive cloud initiatives including new implementation, migration and collaborate with different business stakeholders Design cloud architecture for infrastructure, platforms, and applications using Azure and align with Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) Actively finding the opportunity to define the cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring strategies Follow the guidelines established by the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and implement best practice for security, high availability, and compliance across cloud environment Collaborate with DevOps, security and operation teams to integrate cloud solutions into development lifecycle Provide guidance on cloud cost management, performance optimization, and scalability with stakeholders Document cloud architectures, workflows, and security measures for reference and compliance Operations task, using cloud native tools, like Log Analytics, Azure Monitor and Azure Security Center or other monitoring tooling
• Design, deploy, manage & support security appliances within various network environments with firewalls/IPS/IDS & Remote Access infrastructure in China/APAC region. • Build programmable scripts for automated network operation and monitoring document technical proposals and plan for internal/external knowledge transfer to align with SOP. • Act as DRI to respond to issues/queries from in-region production line and provide instant feedback to remote teams including SRE/R&D/EPM/HWTE. • Carry on duty-shift for network incidents and security issues in production. • Manage project results by working directly with business/vendors to quickly identify their needs and provide an appropriate solution in line with global standards. • Represent Asia-Pacific in any global/regional technical discussions or initiatives. • Provide formal and informal training, consulting and mentoring for vendors and/or team members as needed.
