About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the growth of our Australian market. This role will focus on expanding strategic collaboration channels, managing external speakers, and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Partnership & Channel Development - Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with: - Financial institutions - Cross-industry organisations - Financial educators, KOLs, and industry speakers - Lead negotiations and execution of co-hosted events and marketing collaborations - Build and maintain long-term strategic partner relationships - Speaker & Content Management Oversee and guide external speakers to ensure: - Clear seminar structure and logical content flow - Delivery of high-quality financial educational content - Effective integration of our product value propositions - Ensure content aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements - Campaign & Event Execution - Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels and venues — from concept and planning through to launch, optimisation, and reporting - Support offline seminars, webinars, and co-branded events - Track performance metrics and contribute to campaign analysis and reporting Marketing Content & Materials - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign materials tailored to different customer segments - Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and compliance standards General Marketing Support - Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing initiatives - Manage vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders
Campaign Planning and Execution - Develop and implement integrated online and offline campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition for Chinese content across Malaysia; - Collaborate with internal teams (content, product, design, sales) to align marketing efforts with business goals; - Drive Chinese content promotions through strategic partnerships with telcos, fan clubs, influencers, and other stakeholders; - Support monetization team with sales campaign initiatives; - Plan and manage digital contests to enhance customer engagement and reward loyalty. Copywriting - Write creative and persuasive marketing copy in English and Bahasa Malaysia for digital ads, social media, app messaging, and event promotions; Social Media Management and Content Creation -Oversee iQIYI Malaysia’s social media platforms: plan content, review posts, run contests, schedule and publish content, and engage with the community; -Track competitors and trending topics to grow followers and improve platform engagement; -Execute online contests to reward VIP users and build brand loyalty; Offline Event Management -Plan and execute offline activations such as fan gatherings, roadshows, and sponsor activations to drive visibility and interaction; -Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and budget control; -Launch social media contests around events to expand online reach and public awareness; Media and Public Relations -Build relationships with Malay media to secure free publicity for Chinese content; -Translate and adapt press releases from English to Bahasa Malaysia for media outreach.

1. Support the development and execution of business partnerships and marketing collaborations for our products in English-speaking regions. 2. Assist in IP ecosystem building, including planning and executing online and offline content and event initiatives. 3. Conduct market and partner research to identify new collaboration opportunities and maintain an updated database of potential partners. 4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. 5. Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the company’s brand visibility and community engagement in target markets.
Content Creation & Scheduling Support the development of localized content calendars across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Create engaging, platform-native content in Arabic and English that resonates with the Saudi audience. Collaborate with designers and video editors to brief and finalize visual content. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when needed and track recurring feedback. Engage with local trends and viral topics in real time to maintain relevance. Campaign Execution Support social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and real-time coverage of events or launches. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets and posts. Analytics & Reporting Track post performance and campaign metrics, compiling weekly and monthly reports. Provide insights and suggestions to improve engagement and reach in the Saudi market. Monitor competitor social activity and industry trends.
1. Develop and maintain direct clients and agency partnerships for overseas markets. 2. Analyze advertiser needs and create tailored marketing solutions by leveraging iQIYI International's ad products, content, market insights, and membership resources. Ensure flawless execution and optimize strategies based on post-campaign reports. 3. Achieve quarterly/annual sales revenue targets and ensure timely payment collection.
